A booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received and acknowledged in writing. Full payment is due as specified on your trip's booking page, generally before departure.
Travelers are responsible for arriving with valid identification, any required medical clearance, and gear listed on the trip's packing list. Left Right Trails reserves the right to turn away a traveler at base camp if a genuine safety concern is identified by the trip leader.
Weather, terrain conditions or local authority guidance may require the trip leader to alter the itinerary. Such decisions are made for traveler safety and are final.
Left Right Trails is not liable for delays, losses or injuries arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport strikes, or government restrictions.
